MANUFACTURED PROCESS EQUIPMENT

Process Separators & Drums

Two-phase, three-phase, flash, reflux, knock-out and surge vessels engineered for actual phase behavior and operating envelope.

Process Separators & Drums

DESIGN & EQUIPMENT PRINCIPLE

Diameter and length are established from vapor/liquid loads, droplet-settling criteria, surge/holdup, foaming and internals performance. Mechanical design covers all operating, start-up, upset and vacuum cases.

MAIN COMPONENTS & PACKAGE LIMITS

Shell, formed heads, nozzles, manways, inlet device, vane pack or mesh demister, weir/bucket internals, vortex breakers, supports, platforms and instruments.

CRITICAL DESIGN INPUTS

Stream composition and phase properties, gas/liquid rates, pressure/temperature cases, allowable carryover, surge time, corrosion, nozzle loads and site loads.

ENGINEERING & SHOP DELIVERABLES

Mechanical calculation, equipment datasheet, general arrangement, fabrication drawings, nozzle schedule, material take-off, welding/NDE map, ITP, lifting and transport drawings, preservation and manufacturing data book.

FABRICATION, INSPECTION & TESTING

Traceable plate and forgings, qualified forming and welding, dimensional control, PWHT when required, VT/PT/MT/UT/RT per ITP, hydro/pneumatic test as approved, internal cleanliness and final dossier.

APPLICATIONS & PERFORMANCE BASIS

Refinery columns and reactors, compressors, flare systems, produced-fluid processing, utilities and storage transfer.

CODES, STANDARDS & QUALITY BASIS

ASME VIII, API 520/521 interfaces; EN 13445/DIN or GOST pressure-vessel code when contractually selected.

CONTRACTUAL CODE BASIS

ASME VIII, API 520/521 interfaces; EN 13445/DIN or GOST pressure-vessel code when contractually selected.
