ENA — EXTRA NEUTRAL ALCOHOL
High-purity neutral ethyl alcohol is produced through controlled fermentation, multi-pressure distillation, rectification, hydroselection/purification, fusel-oil separation and final polishing. The design basis is established for the intended food, beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical or industrial grade and destination-country regulation.
SUMA PRODUCTION
Suma is produced from approved grape-origin agricultural feedstocks. The system includes grape must preparation, controlled fermentation, wine/beer distillation, separation of heads and tails, fusel-oil management and product stabilization while preserving the required origin and quality characteristics.
FUEL-GRADE BIOETHANOL
Bioethanol production combines starch- or sugar-based feed preparation, enzymatic conversion where required, fermentation, distillation, rectification and molecular-sieve dehydration. Product specification, denaturing system and gasoline-blending interface are configured for the applicable fuel standard.
MAIN PROCESS SECTIONS
Feed receiving and preparation; fermentation vessels and beer well; analyzer/beer column; rectification and hydroselection columns; fusel-oil separation; condensers and reboilers; molecular-sieve dehydration; product polishing, denaturing, storage and loading.
ENGINEERING DELIVERABLES
Design Basis, feed and product specifications, heat and material balance, PFD, P&ID, equipment datasheets, column hydraulic design, fermentation controls, utility balance, 3D model, automation philosophy, hazardous-area study and performance-test procedure.
QUALITY & AUTOMATION
Temperature, pressure, flow, level, fermentation parameters, alcohol strength and critical quality indicators are monitored through the plant control system. Batch traceability, recipe management, interlocks, CIP philosophy and laboratory interfaces are defined according to the selected product grade.
UTILITIES & ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS
Steam and condensate, cooling water, process water, instrument air, CIP, stillage handling, wastewater treatment, CO₂ recovery options, heat integration and energy-recovery measures are integrated into the overall plant design.
APPLICATIONS
Neutral alcohol for approved beverage, food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and industrial uses; grape-origin Suma; anhydrous or hydrous Bioethanol for regulated fuel and industrial applications.
CODE & REGULATORY BASISFood-contact and hygienic-design requirements where applicable; ASME, API, EN, DIN, IEC, ATEX and destination-country regulations; applicable EN 15376, ASTM D4806 or national fuel-ethanol specifications for Bioethanol. Final standards are confirmed in the approved Design Basis.
