ENGINEERING METHOD
The process model and P&IDs remain the technical spine. Each discipline develops controlled calculations and documents, resolves interfaces in reviews/3D model and closes comments through document control and change management.

KOCTECH coordinates process, mechanical, piping, civil/structural, electrical, instrumentation, automation, procurement and project controls around one approved Design Basis.

Process simulation, heat-transfer rating, mechanical code calculations, piping stress, 3D plant design, electrical-system studies, instrumentation databases and scheduling/document-control platforms are selected by project.
Approved feed/site data, product targets, battery limits, codes, client standards, execution plan and vendor/licensor interfaces.
Design Basis, H&MB, PFD/P&ID, equipment/instrument datasheets, calculations, 3D model, layouts, isometrics, electrical/control documents, MTOs, requisitions, IFC packages and commissioning inputs.
Independent checks, interdisciplinary reviews, HAZOP/SIL/model reviews, vendor-document control, revision traceability, calculation verification and as-built closeout.
FEED, basic and detailed engineering for refineries, recycling, solvent, alcohol, utilities, tank farms and modular plants.
API, ASME, TEMA, NFPA, IEC, EN/DIN or GOST/EAC as contractually selected. Software is selected per project scope, client requirement, interoperability and licensed availability; naming a tool class does not imply that every project uses every product.
