PROCESS & DESIGN BASIS
The process configuration is established from the approved crude assay, feed contaminants, required product cut points, ambient conditions and available utilities. Feed conditioning, controlled heating, atmospheric separation, condensation, cooling and product transfer are integrated across transportable modules.
TURNKEY SUPPLY SCOPE
Scope may cover engineering, procurement, fabrication, skid and trailer integration, electrical and instrumentation works, automation, inspection, factory acceptance testing, preservation, transport engineering, site supervision, commissioning support and operator training.
MAIN PROCESS MODULES
A typical plant combines feed reception and conditioning, preheat, fired heating, atmospheric distillation, overhead condensation, product cooling and pumping, packaged utilities, MCC and PLC/DCS control. Final module split and trailer arrangement follow transport and site constraints.
PRODUCTS & PERFORMANCE BASIS
Depending on feed characteristics and selected cut points, products may include light ends, naphtha, kerosene-range material, diesel/gasoil-range material and atmospheric residue. Capacity, yields, utility consumption and any downstream treating requirements are defined by the approved design basis and contract.
AUTOMATION, SAFETY & HSE
PLC/SCADA or compact DCS control, burner-management, emergency shutdown, Fire & Gas interfaces, overpressure protection, earthing, spill containment and safe equipment separation are incorporated according to the approved control and safeguarding philosophy.
ENGINEERING & DOCUMENTATION
Deliverables include the Design Basis, calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, lists, layouts, control narratives, cause-and-effect, inspection and test plans, operating manuals and commissioning documents. Transport envelopes, axle loads, lifting points and inter-module tie-ins are also defined.
INSTALLATION, START-UP & TRAINING
KOCTECH prepares the deployment sequence, field connection schedule, pre-commissioning checks, start-up procedures and performance-test basis. Site supervision and operator training can be included for an organized handover from delivery to operation.
CODES, STANDARDS & QUALITY
Equipment and systems are engineered to the contractually selected API, ASME, NFPA and IEC requirements, with EN/DIN or GOST/EAC conformity routes applied where required. Inspection, material traceability, welding quality and FAT records form part of the project quality dossier.
